They did a great job of making outdoor space in the current situation. The avocado bomb was very good and filling. The Fish and chips were very tasty with the fish being cooked just right. The beer was just so so in my opinion. I tried their red and ipa.

Average brewery, I think the only reason that it’s crowded is because there aren’t that many breweries close by. The bartender was rude and not interested in helping and beer tasted like cheap beers that you find in the Hollywood lol. Definitely wouldn’t go back there.

We LOVE this place. It's our regular stop for any meal every time we come up the mountain. Excellent food and drinks. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Limited parking, so best to park in public lot and enjoy a leisurely stroll around the village.

Great Red Ale Burger and sweet potato fries suger and cinnamon spice sprinkled on them. The best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Wonderful waiter Jorge.

This place is a must try! The Avacodo bombs are out of this world! Great selection of food and drinks! Staff is always friendly and food served in a timely manner! If your in Big Bear make sure to stop by!!

Went there in a afternoon after lunch. Not many people there. Waiter was okay, friendly but not too attentive. Beer was just a so-so, when we're almost done with my 1 beer waiter just gave us the check without asking if we need anything else.**Beware ** after a week I checked my credit card statement, I noticed the amount they charged me was more than what I wrote. Total of $29.00 is what I wrote, but since I didn't take a photo of the signed receipt , I thought maybe I didn't put the correct tips on, so they just charge me 20% tips?!? But even 20% it should just be $29.84. I got charge for over $30.xx. Not sure where they got the number from but also not wasting my time to try getting it back.But I will definitely start to keep pic of my recipes from the restaurant from now on.

Well.. young man taking orders at the door had his bandana around his neck taking orders, not over his nose and mouth. Had you sign with same pen that everyone uses. Put your card and receipt in the book holder that everyone touches. They had you line up so you were next to people sitting at outside tables. Wasnt a good first opening experience. Hope they get fix up Before they get shut down.Food was great!!!!

Good micro brew and food. Casual atmosphere with outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs. Drink prices are reasonable.

Food was good. A little expensive. Service sadly was a 2 out of 5. Waitress was not attentive at all. ☹ nothing personal... spent $100 for 3!

Tail end of lunch time, but service still horribly slow. Not COVID compliant, as many staff not properly masked (only mouths covered, not noses). Food not bad, but nothing special. Prices reasonable for a "resort" area.

Had lunch with my girlfriend here during Labor Day weekend. The service was outstanding and they had a pretty good menu with some solid beers. Would recommend all my friends and family to stop in here to grab some food and a beer while they were in Big Bear.

Young rude server ruined my first trip to big bear...came to this place thinking was a super cool place to have lunch. Big mistake. Hope you'll get a better server if you do decide to give it a shot!

Great service. Had a burger. It came quick and tasted great. Also drinks were good and they had a lot of beers on tap.

Must-visit place while you're in Big Bear, great food and local beer options. Desserts look amazing too! Usually there's a bit of a wait here, but waiting goes fast as you can order drinks while waiting.

I've visited the brewery twice to get a growler fill. Both times I asked for the Hazy IPA. Both times they filled the growler with the wrong beer. Unacceptable! Definitely will not be returning.

This place was A-OK for sure! They did make a few errors with my order, but were VERY quick to correct it, and it ended up being delicious! My wife enjoyed hers as well. The ambiance isn't bad, but not great.The biggest place where they need to improve is there kids meals. Carbs and more carbs is pretty much the only option. Like do you want a $9 grilled cheese with fries or veggies? The veggies are literally carrot and celery sticks and the celery sticks were with all the leaves on, like you're supposed to eat those... If that's your kids meal... that should be 4.99 at most. Other than that, this felt like a very "a-okay" place... but when on vacation (and for the check), there are far better big bear options.

California burger was amazing, local beer was good too, not the best I had. Onion rings were delicious too. Definitely worth visiting place.

Very rude hostess, she messed up the waitlist and never got a call back, when I showed up for my time instead of apologizing and admitting she messed up she got defensive and rude and quoted me the same really long wait time as the guy in front of me that had just shown up to put his name on the waiting list. I understand its busy but if you're in the service industry you should be polite to the customers specially when they mess up, very unprofessional hostess, will not be coming back. I see a bunch of people complaining about the same hostess, management needs to have a talk to her about her attitude

This place was nice and we had a good time. My favorite thing we ordered were the avocado bombs. They were stuffed with crab and spicy tuna mixture then rolled into tempura batter and deep fried served with a side of ponzu sauce. Pretzels were good and so was the ahi tuna stack. Not pictured was the kale and quinoa salad. It was okay but I wouldn't order it again.

Lots of beers were out. Their tap list was pretty small to begin with so that was disappointing. Menu was electronic so don't know why they can't keep it up to date rather than waiting until you're about to order to tell you they're out of half of them. Beer was just ok. They were also a bit overpriced given they brew them there. Ordered the pretzel which was actually pretty good and fresh. The beer cheese had clearly been sitting out under a heater for hours though as it was all crusted over.

a very nice place to have some drinks..foods are awesome..ordered avocado bomb,fish n chips,clam soup,pretzels,fried zuchinni..ordered some drinks like the Painkiller.raspberry margarita..our server Kristine was fabulous and patrons were friendly...

She was very sweet and nice, and very attentive.The food here is absolutely amazing and definitely worth coming to if you're visiting here at Big Bear. You have to try the Avacado Bomb! Its delicious! And I recommend the California Burger if you want a really good, delicious burger. It's so good that you really don't need to add the dressing they give you on the side (but it is really good with it on as well)They also have a bar upstairs and everyone up there is super nice!Definitely reccomend this place!

Their breakfast is actually good for a brewery! I had a side of grilled vegetables that were the BEST veggies I’ve ever tasted. They have a cool upstairs sitting area that looks down on the brewery room so I definitely recommend sitting up there.

My server was the best, I'd go just for the service. But that suated chicken is out of this world with that sauce!!! Cant wait to come back!!!!!

OMG The Avocado Bomb OMG

our Brussel sprouts came out right away which was nice.. It then took an hour for our food and the place wasn't that busy. This tells me that the brussel sprouts were probably microwaved. Then my burger came without the fries and the bacon on my burger we cold. The fries came later as a side. Will not return to this establishment

Stopped for appetizers and beer. Beer was mediocre and the appetizers were fresh out of the freezer. Overpriced frozen food.

Terrible service from host. Walked In and was not greeted, hostess continued talking to co-worker like I wasn't there. After an awkward minute I was asked how many? not hi how are you, just how many. The waiter however, was very nice and polite. Ordered 2 beers as I browsed the menu. Hazy and pine IPA were good, but when received were warm. Like Luke warm. Decided to go across the steet.

The best breakfast, they have I nice selection of beer, lake days hazy ipa was my favorite, Kelly ur server it's super nice and friendly, I really recomend this place!

This place has gone downhill fast. The service, food, and beer has been consistently worse every time we visit.They wouldn't even allow us to order food the last time we went there because, according to them, their kitchen is completely closed between 1030-11am which is something I've never heard of in my life.

I know life and the world are going through strange times... Service was ok, not bad, running on limited employees. Good was pretty good. Though, we received our appetizers as we were finishing our entrees.

Went and had lunch with my son. Such a great place to eat. Great atmosphere, music and food.

There is a nice selection of items to choose from. Many beers too as well as spirits. Nice desserts. I chose fish tacos for dinner. Food was on the tepid side. Not sure if it sat too long before it was brought out. Server was mindful and courteous. He asked if all was well, but I was too tired and lazy to send back food to reheat. Just wish it had arrived hot. Ambience is nice, nice location.

Don't order their pound of chicken wings, it for sure didn't look like a pound to me when I got it. What's worse is how unbelievably expensive it is. Service is garbage, it took us nearly an hour and a half to get our food, while we were waiting in the freezing outdoors. Lastly, we got two orders of wings and only one arrived which we pointed out to the waiter, he claims that the kitchen was closed so we couldn't get another order of wings. Simply don't bother going here.

The service here is very good and people go out of their way to help you. Personally, I was disappointed with the beers. The IPAs very a little under-hopped, the Hefeweizen was nothing like what a Hefeweizen should taste like. If it’s an American wheat beer than say so. Food was an average American pub grub. I would probably try a few different restaurants before I return back here.
